How do I make a return?

Will I get charged for return shipping?
In order to qualify for free return shipping, your return package must be postmarked within the first 10 days of delivery.
If your return is outside of the 10 days, you will be responsible for shipping fees.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation including the tracking number of your package. tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.
Can I use more than one Promo Code on an order?
At this time, our system is setup so that we can only apply one Promo Code per order.
Will my Promo Code be deducted from my refund?
Promotional value is subject to adjustment.
What if my order arrived broken or damaged?
Please contact us here within 24 hours of receiving your broken or damaged item. We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged or broken item.
